F.A.Q

1. How can I remove my number from the Rave Mobile Safety system?

Residents can remove their number from the system in two ways. If you have an active account, you must deactivate your profile. If you mistakenly receive notification, you can request to have your phone number removed by contacting [email protected].

2. Is RAVE Mobile Safety the same as the City's other messaging platforms?

RAVE is solely for emergency notifications. If you would like to receive other local advisories, updates, news, and information, we encourage residents to register to our email list or follow the City on our official social media pages.
