The Public Health Division City of Lynn's first Community Health Assessment.
In 2021, the City of Lynn Public Health Division applied for funds from the American Rescue Plan Act(ARPA) dollars, along with support from Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC), to conduct an assessment to better help the City determine the health needs of all residents. The assessment highlighted four health priorities: Behavioral and Mental Health, Community Health Services, Stability and Condition of Housing, Access and Activation of Public Spaces.
The data collected from the Community Health Assessment(CHA) lead us to partner again with MAPC to create a Community Health Improvement Plan(CHIP) that was launched November 2025.
