Walking Challenge Dates: July 1, 2024 through July 28, 2024

Your Challenge Goal: Take steps every day toward your well-being! Aim to reach or exceed at least 10,000 steps per day by the end of the 4-week challenge. You can join at any time during the challenge.

Prizes and Recognition: To get everyone excited and motivated, we have some great prizes for both teams and individual participants! Reach the weekly goals and be eligible for our weekly drawings. Each weekly winner will receive a Stanley Tumbler!

Week 1: 7/1-7/7: Maintain a daily average of 5,000 steps per day
Week 2: 7/8-7/14: Maintain a daily average of 7,000 steps per day
Week 3: 7/15-7/21: Maintain a daily average of 9,000 steps per day
Week 4: 7/22-7/28: Maintain a daily average of 10,000 steps per day

Challenge wrap-up: Each member on the team with the highest daily average at the end of the challenge will win a wellness to go kit!

In addition to walking, we are pleased to offer conversions for biking, swimming, and rowing. This means you can participate in these activities and have your efforts count toward your daily step goals.
