Neighborhood Street Sweeping Program
The City of Lynn conducts neighborhood street sweeping annually in the spring and fall.
Neighborhood street sweeping for spring 2025 will commence on Monday, April 14th.
Sweeping is conducted during the hours of 7:00am to 3:00pm. Should inclement weather prevent sweepers from working in your area as scheduled, they will return in 7 days from the date originally scheduled. Please note that the schedule is subject to change due to weather, construction, or traffic emergencies. Any updates will be shared directly on the City website and official communication outlets, such as social media and email.
Please remove all cars from the streets during the scheduled sweeping dates and keep them off the street until operations are complete. Unmoved vehicles are subject to ticketing.
Downtown Lynn Street Sweeping Program
The Downtown Lynn Street Sweeping program will resume on March 3rd and operates weekly Monday through Thursday. Sweeping on Fridays will be added to the program beginning the week of April 1st.
Downtown Lynn Street Sweeping occurs from 4:00AM to 8:00AM.
Please see street signs posted to indicate tow zones and street sweeping schedules. Residents in violation will be subject to ticketing and towing.
