Responsibilities
The Office of the Treasurer/Tax Collector is responsible for the timely billing and collection of all revenues, as well as the disbursement of all payments by the City of Lynn. Additionally, the Office manages all of the City's debt issuance and repayment. The Office also manages City payroll.
Water Usage Bills
Any water bill questions should be directed to Lynn Water/Sewer. The Treasurer/Collector's office does not collect water bills.
