Open Enrollment

Open enrollment is an annual period that employees can enroll in, and/or make changes to their insurance plans. Please note, proof of dependent status is required for all enrollments.

 

Open Enrollment runs during the month of May with benefit changes being effective as of July 1st for the following benefits:

  • Medical / Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare
  • Dental / Altus
  • Vision / Altus

Medical, Dental and Vision enrollments are submitted in Employee Self Service.

Open Enrollment runs during the month of November for enrollment effective January 1st for the following benefits:

  • Flex Spending Account – Medical
  • Flex Spending Account – Dependent Care
