 Tone and condition your entire body from top to toe with a gentle cardio-core Barre method designed to improve torso & hip flexibility and stability. Challenge your muscles using your own body weight and light resistance bands with a varied series including barre and mat exercises • with special attention to enhancing your posture! RAQ THE BARRE® provides a lively playlist of world music, fitness beats, and verbal coaching to ensure your workout is both fun and results based! Discover ancient deep core movements and experience how to seamlessly merge functional isolations into your barre fitness repertoire as a part of your modern day wellness solution! - Mat Required for this session
