SPRING FITNESS CLASSES

Stay active this Spring with our energizing fitness classes. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, these classes are designed to get you moving and feeling great!

  • March 27, 2025 - TABATA BOOTCAMP

Timed basics using body weight only *or added optional bands to boost your full body experience! This all-level class will focus on all major muscle groups and includes a cool down and a bit of stretching to give your muscles some extra love. - PLEASE HAVE MATS FOR THIS SESSION

  • April 10, 2025RESTORATIVE RAQISA® DANCE

Belly breathe, continuous movement with layered mindful ancient dancing movements focusing on postural alignment and full body RaqiSa Bellydance flow! *OPTIONALBAREFOOT OR SOFT SHOE

  • April 24, 2025 - CARDIO-KICKBOXING

Jab, punch, kicks and jacks! Participants will work on their cardiovascular fitness, as well as strength and coordination in this easy-to-follow, boxing-inspired class. This class blends lunges and squat combos to add body weight only strengthening. PLEASE HAVE A MAT

  • May 8, 2025 - FINGER & TOES FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

This class starts from the ground up with a warm up, a blend of balance, movement patterns, and cognitive cardio to add to your FUNctional fitness using a tennis ball and loop bands! (Barefoot Class) *PLEASE HAVE A MAT | WEAR SOCKS

  • May 22, 2025 - RAQ YOUR MOBILITY BARRE

Tone and sculpt your entire body This offering provides ample opportunity to add stability and mobility layered progressions to your full-body barre workout. . Challenge your muscles using your own body weight and light resistance bands with a varied series including barre and mat exercises • with special attention to enhancing your posture! *PLEASE HAVE A MAT & CHAIR *OPTIONAL BAREFOOT OR SHOES

  • June 5, 2025 - COZY CARDIO

Timed rounds of cardio & compound full body movements to keep the body challenged. This session includes a warm up and a mat mini stretch series. *PLEASE HAVE A MAT & CHAIR

Location: LVTI Annex, Cafe
