Mass General Brigham (MGB) Community Care Van Clinics: UPCOMING
Mass General Brigham will be at the Lynn Senior Center on March 12, 2024 and March 27, 2024.
They will be offering blood pressure and diabetes screening, care, and education along with care kits.
You DO NOT need to be an MGB patient to receive care.
