Litter Violations are paid in the Parking Department. The Inspectional Services Department issues the violations, and payments can be made online at the Inspectional Services Department's Online Portal. Hearing requests for violations must be made within 21 days online or requested in writing to Robert Cronin, Administrative Hearing Officer.
